Revelstoke Expert Skiing

Experts have their run of Revelstoke skiing, with nearly 48 percent designated as expert.  Revelstoke offers expert skiers and riders a nice mix of terrain options, from wide-open alpine bowls to moguls to steep glades and groomers. Keep two things in mind when skiing at Revelstoke. One, the resort is divided into Zones, and two, the resort doesn’t designate between black and double-black terrain. Advanced skiers and riders on the cusp of being able to ski double blacks should scope out the terrain before just dropping in. Some favorite advanced to expert terrain at Revelstoke can be below Zone 2’s and include the Gnarnia Glades and Aspen Glades. Popular groomed black runs include Snow Rodeo, Devil’s Club, Critical Path and Pitch Black. 

Ski Revelstoke if you have a need for speed and to get stoked! A winch cat groomer manicures some of the black runs such as Pitch Black, Critical Path, Snow Rodeo and Devil’s Club.  The glades around the Ripper Chair are also an ideal spot for advanced to expert skiers and riders. 

But true expert skiers and snowboarders, and extreme-seekers will want to spend most of their time in The North Bowl, which offers challenging cliffs and steeps sure to get the heart pounding.
