For a last-minute breakfast, snack or lunch on the cheap, the famed waffles at Corbett’s Cabin off the top of the Tram are an absolute must. For lunch or for an après bite and beer, or even an early dinner you’ll definitely want to stop in at the famed Mangy Moose Saloon in the Teton Village. Grab one of their delicious appetizers, like the mushroom caps, or share an assortment with your buddies. Their soups and salads are delicious and reasonably priced. The large-portioned entrees are mostly sub $20.
There are no shortage of reasonable dining options in downtown Jackson. For breakfast, you’ll want to try Café Boheme’s crepes or a breakfast burrito. You can walk out with a coffee and a gourmet breakfast item for less than $10, and your taste buds will never know. If you’re taking a break from the slopes, or just skiing a half day, head to the Snake River Brew Pub for their $7 lunch special. And be sure to try one of their hand-crafted, locally made brews. While it may look fancy, Calico on TK road, is a must for vacationers on a budget. Their long wine list is reasonably priced and a large 16-inch pizza is only $16. For tastes of the East during your Western ski vacation head to Thai Me Up, a downtown hotspot, with reasonably priced entrees averaging $15.
