    When deciding between Nagano (Hakuba) and Hokkaido (Niseko, Rusutsu, Kiroro and Furano), there are some things to consider. Hokkaido had deeper snow and gentler terrain, while Nagano has steeper terrain and generally receives less snow, but still a very considerable amount.
